This policy explains what personal information we collect during account creation and identity verification (KYC), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. KYC documents and your live photograph are stored as part of your verification record and are made available only to authorised administrators for the purpose of reviewing and approving your identity. Access is restricted, and we do not sell your identity documents or use them for advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary: with the counterparty to a transaction you enter into (to the extent required to complete that transaction), with service providers who help us operate the platform under confidentiality obligations, or with courts, regulators and law-enforcement authorities where required by law.
We keep your KYC and account information for as long as your account is active and for any additional period required to comply with legal, audit and dispute-resolution obligations. When it is no longer required, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to obligations that require us to retain certain records. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Providing KYC information is voluntary, but it is required to bid or list on the platform. By submitting your KYC, you confirm the documents are genuine and belong to you, and you consent to our processing them as described in this policy.
