• Account details — your name, email address and phone number.
• Identity documents (KYC) — your Aadhaar number and images of the front and back of your Aadhaar card, your PAN number and an image of your PAN card, and a live photograph (selfie) captured from your device at the time of verification.
• Activity — listings you create, bids you place, and actions taken on the platform, together with technical logs needed for security.

Your information is used solely to:

• Verify that you are who you claim to be before you can bid or list a property;
• Prevent fraud, impersonation and misuse of the platform;
• Enable and record bidding and transactions; and
• Meet applicable legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

KYC documents and your live photograph are stored as part of your verification record and are made available only to authorised administrators for the purpose of reviewing and approving your identity. Access is restricted, and we do not sell your identity documents or use them for advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary: with the counterparty to a transaction you enter into (to the extent required to complete that transaction), with service providers who help us operate the platform under confidentiality obligations, or with courts, regulators and law-enforcement authorities where required by law.

We keep your KYC and account information for as long as your account is active and for any additional period required to comply with legal, audit and dispute-resolution obligations. When it is no longer required, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
