Cookies & storage

What we keep on your device

Six entries, all of them either required to keep you signed in or remembering a choice you made. Most are browser local storage rather than cookies, which means they are never sent to a server with your requests. We run no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics and no tracking pixels — so there is nothing here to opt out of, and nothing about you to sell.

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to work. Clearing these signs you out.

accessToken

Local storage

Keeps you signed in between page loads. Without it you would have to sign in again on every navigation.

Kept: Until it expires (15 minutes) or you sign out

refreshToken

Local storage

Renews your session quietly so a short-lived access token does not sign you out mid-bid.

Kept: Until you sign out

accessTokenExpiresAt / refreshTokenExpiresAt

Local storage

Lets the app renew a session before it lapses rather than after a request has already failed.

Kept: Until you sign out

userId / roles / userEmail / userName

Local storage

Your own account details, so the interface can greet you and show the right panels without refetching on every page.

Kept: Until you sign out

Preference

Remembers a choice you made. Clearing these only resets that choice.

theme

Local storage

Remembers whether you chose the light or dark palette.

Kept: Until you clear it

cookie-notice

Local storage

Remembers that you have seen the storage notice, so it is not shown on every visit.

Kept: Until you clear it

What we do not use

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Third-party analytics that profile you across sites
  • Social media tracking pixels
  • Cross-site identifiers sold or shared with data brokers
  • Fingerprinting to identify you without storage

Clearing what we store

  • Signing out removes your session entries immediately.
  • Your browser's site-data controls clear everything on this list.
  • Clearing the strictly necessary entries signs you out; nothing else breaks.

How we handle the personal information you give us is covered in the privacy policy, and the rules of using the platform are in the terms.
