About

Property should sell in the open

Most property in India changes hands in the dark: quoted prices, phantom rival offers, and a final number nobody else ever sees. House of Elites exists to run the same sale in daylight — a published reserve, a fixed clock, verified bidders, and every bid on a record that cannot be edited.

Verified people

Every account confirms its email before it can sign in. Sellers complete identity verification — Aadhaar, PAN and a live photo — reviewed by hand before they can list. We verify people, not property: due diligence on title and condition stays with the buyer, and we say so plainly.

One writer, one order

Every bid on a listing passes through a single writer that stamps it with a sequence number. Two bids can never tie, races cannot happen, and the question of who bid first always has one answer.

A record nobody edits

The full ordered bid history stays on the listing, visible to everyone watching, for as long as the listing exists. Corrections are new records — the history itself is append-only.

A clock that cannot be gamed

A bid inside the closing window extends the clock automatically. Bidding ends when the room genuinely stops, not when a stopwatch runs out — so patience beats reflexes.

What we deliberately do not do

We hold no funds, take no escrow, and charge no buyer's premium. Winning a listing establishes intent to transact; contracts, registration and payment move directly between buyer and seller with their own advisors. We also do not value property, survey it, or certify its title — and a platform that implied otherwise would be selling you false comfort.
