What verification means on House of Elites
Verified bidders, verified partners and an ordered bid record: what each check actually proves, and what it deliberately does not.
Published
Trust in a live sale is not a feeling; it is a set of specific, checkable claims. Here is exactly what ours mean, so you can weigh them yourself.
A verified bidder
Every account confirms its email before it can sign in. Where a sale requires it, bidders complete identity verification — Aadhaar, PAN and a live selfie — reviewed by our team before a bid is accepted.
A verified partner
The verified mark on a partner profile means an administrator has checked that partner specifically. A profile can be listed publicly without carrying the mark; the two are separate things, and we show them separately for that reason.
An ordered bid record
Bids are processed by a single writer per listing, so they are stamped in a strict order with no ties or races. The full history stays on the listing, visible to everyone watching, and is never edited — corrections are new records.
What it does not mean
Verification is not a valuation, a survey, or a guarantee of title. Due diligence on the property itself remains yours, and we would be doing you a disservice to imply otherwise.
